Hope Beel geeft iedereen de nodige hoop (sorry) op een zware maandag. De 27-jarige fitness guru woont in Dallas Texas. Ze is een pittige dame die in vier jaar tijd is uitgegroeid tot een sexy beest van een chick. Haar carrière als model begon pas toen ze 23 was. Gelukkig was ze daarvoor al veel bezig met sport en atletiek. En dat zie je; want wat een lijf! Inmiddels heeft ze 636k volgers op Instagram. Dat is best wat, maar dat mag hoger.

Leuk feitje; ze was altijd het meisje dat veel pizza at en daarna 5 km rende, zodat het niet erg was. Nu sport ze dagelijks en weet ze zelfs tweede te worden in NPC fitness competitie. Reden genoeg om een keer pizza met d’r te gaan eten ;-). HOPElijk zegt ze ja!

#motivationmonday Even though I’m exhausted from traveling and working the #nascar races all weekend. I tried to find every excuse in the book not to workout today but decided that i have full control of the decisions i make so i made the #right one! Get it done guys. I did 30 minute intervals on the step mill and 10 minute high intensity it’s sprints! I was dripping sweat afterwards and felt super accomplished. Getting started was NOT easy, but trust me afterwards i was so proud of myself and kept that attitude the rest of the day! Made out for a perfect #monday #motivate #inspire #getit #goals #fitness #abs
